Reliable Remote consists of two main components. The client application is installed on the server to be monitored or remotely controlled. This mode can run as an application or s a Windows service, in which case the control level is increased and the user can make login/logout user operations. A user with restricted rights on the remotely controlled server cannot stop the server applications running.
The server application is the management consoleh which one can take control over the stations in the network. The application allows setting various parameters such as color depth and compression mode. The control mode of the controlled station can also be set (view only / total control), combinations of special keys may be made available too (for example: Ctrl-Alt-Del).
